Rates:
- are based on double occupancy
- are subject to 10% gratuity and 10% hotel tax
- are subject to change without notice
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
We have a 6-week written cancellation policy without penalty (8 weeks for bookings over Christmas/Spring Break/Easter).
Reservation cancelled within that period are refundable, less a $85 booking fee. Cancellations made outside that time period will forfeit the the deposit.
Our rooms are all NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted on the verandahs.
Our Rooms
Our rooms are designed for a maximum of 2 people.
Additional information:
Rollaway beds are available for some rooms. (Please contact us for specifics.) One child under 10 years of age is permitted to share a bed with parents. Port-a-cribs are available for children 3 and under. There is a charge of 50 BSD per extra person over the age of 16 sharing room and a charge of 30 BSD per child age 3 to 16 sharing room.
